We’ve come up with an exciting, unique and innovative approach that allows participants to shape their NexGenLead experience:

Before the event, we invited engaged student change agents to conduct interviews with a number of sustainability leaders from around the globe.

The result: a series of inspiring and diverse stories from all over the field which can be used by the next generation of leaders to reflect and discuss on their own perceptions of the necessary competencies of Responsible Leadership.

The series includes interviews with a focus on personal stories, professional storiea and stories about sustainable leadership in education, all focusing on either one or several of the competencies.

By taking part in the interviews, both sides got the opportunity to exchange and discuss with like-minded individuals, but also help to inspire others!
