You can be the one to help their development by sitting down(virtually) for an interview conducted by an aspiring student. Come and be the inspiration to young leaders through your stories on Responsible Leadership, by providing them the opportunity to make a 15 minutes interview with you.

You will be interviewed by one student, virtually (e.g., Zoom), from the 31st of October to the 21st of November. Each recorded interview will be 15 minutes. To complete the full interview process, the speaker should put aside around 40 minutes. If you want to do both the personal and professional paths, then the interview process might take 1 hour for both. The interview will be recorded and it will be used as content of the NexGenLead program.

Methodology
Our pedagogy follows CARL, The Competency Assessment for Responsible Leadership which provides us with a framework guiding the program and an online tool for self-assessment on Responsible Leadership. According to this framework, “a responsible leader demonstrates a deep understanding of the inter-dependencies of the system and the own person, is distinguished by an ethical and values‐based attitude, and able to build long‐term relations with different stakeholders embracing their needs, while initiating change towards sustainable development”. In this way, the program aims to lead students to exchange and practice on CARL skills in their personal lives and in their work towards sustainability: self-awareness; ethics & values; system thinking; change & innovation and stakeholder relations.
