A Local Hub is a place to come together (virtually or on-site), where participants in smaller groups will gather to discuss the interviews, exchange their thoughts, and create a community of responsible leaders. One city/ university/company/ organizationcan have many Local Hubs depending on the amount of people registering from those organizations.

Each Local Hub can, after their discussion, share their most relevant learnings with other Local Hubs internationally on our online platform and during NexGenLead Cafés. Here, the international community comes together to exchange their perspectives on the topics of the week.  The virtual session will take place twice in the three weeks of the program. In this way, a student from one country can discover the perspective of other students worldwide about exactly the same topic! For inclusive solutions, holistic views are needed!

You will be matched to a Local Hub at the end of October according to your registration form. It will be a great place to be on this Responsible Leadership journey with your friends/colleagues or get to know a new group of people interested in this topic.

If you want to facilitate a Local Hub, we will provide a Facilitation Webinar in October to prepare you. We will also support you by sending you weekly facilitation guidelines according to the topic of the week.
