Leadership in Practice: Webinar on Facilitation

The NexGenLead is a program that thrives in co-creation with you, the participants. We learn together & shape the space as we move into this experience. This is your first time entering such a space? You never asked questions about leadership or facilitated spaces? No worries, we won’t let you down.  In the end, we’re all beginners. For our common preparation, there will be a webinar that elaborates the ways of learning & practicing we propose and gives you some hands-on tools for facilitating and working in the local hubs.

The Facilitation Webinar will take place on Monday, 2nd of November at 7pm CET.

NexGenLead Café

The NexGenLead Café is a space to exchange & connect beyond the borders of local hubs. Here, the community comes together to exchange their perspectives on the topics of the week. You will have the chance to both meet the big group in a circle and meet new people from all over the world in smaller breakout sessions. No preparation needed, just show up as you are! The session will take place twice in all weeks.

The NexGenLead Café will take place on Wednesday, 4th, 11th, and 18th at 7pm CET and Sunday, 8th and 15th at 2pm CET.

NexGenLead Connect

The NexGenLead is a session to connect to participants from all over the world. We will prepare a space to exchange on a bilateral level which will help you to create deeper connections in no time. Don’t miss this networking opportunity and to learn more about yourself and others!

Fishbowl Leadership & Sustainability

Join us on zoom for this exciting format where you can contribute to a conversation about responsible leadership and sustainability, together with some interesting personalities from the interviews. Together we will explore what we have learned, which topics are alive in the community after two weeks of being & knowing, and how we want to move into the third week of action.

Fishbowl Leadership & Sustainability will take place on Saturday, 14th at 2pm CET.

OUUUPS spaces

What is a topic you don’t want to talk about? The OUUUPS spaces invite you to share your worst moments and most shameful experiences and – by doing so – exploring that we actually share them with more people than we imagine. We take the utmost care that this is a safe, respectful space for sharing and being brave together in small circles.

The session will take place on Tuesday, 17th of November at 7pm CET.
